Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Fenestra.disgn website and services.

1. Estimates & quotations

All prices shown are indicative. A binding quotation is issued only after a consultant confirms measurements and specifications.

2. Custom-made products

Curtains, blinds and shutters are manufactured to your measurements and cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Delivery & installation

Delivery and installation within the UAE are free of charge. Standard lead time is 24–72 hours after confirmation, subject to fabric availability.

4. Payments

We accept card, bank transfer, and installment plans via Tabby and Tamara. Orders are scheduled for production after payment confirmation.

5. Warranty

1 year on curtains and roller blinds; 5 years on motors. Warranty excludes damage from misuse.
